Hannah Karas has played the piano for ten years and is a senior at Battlefield High School. Ms. Karas periodically performs at The Marque At Heritage Hunt, which is an elderly home and at the Hylton Performing Arts Center.
Hannah is in the Battlefield Philharmonia orchestra and has played at many places such as Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and Carnegie Hall in New York City. In 2017 Hannah was honored and selected to perform for the Virginia Music Educators Association.
Outside of performing, Hannah is the social media coordinator for Battlefield orchestra and has a love for song-writing. In the fall of 2019 she will be attending Christopher Newport University where she plans to major in music composition. Hannah has been teaching and tutoring students since 2017.
